* Service charge for a catering is 15% or a $75 minimum. Gratuity is discretionary. All food is delivered in disposable aluminum containers hot & ready to be served. In addition to delivery there will be available staff member(s) for set-up, serving (if desired), & clean-up of a hot buffet line for up to 2 hours. Additional hour(s) will be $50/hr.
